We can only rely <br /> on guidance provided in Chapter 10 of the Ramsey City Code.The Northfork HOA Board of Directors is the proper entity <br /> to enforce the HOA rules using the powers provided in the bylaws and applicable legal channels.The HOA rules provide <br /> you an extra set of rules and regulations; however,the City is not the entity that is able to enforce those rules. I would <br /> recommend that you also speak with the appropriate contact with the HOA Board of Directors.That doesn't mean we <br /> plan to approve or deny at this point.We are gathering information to make an informed recommendation.The City <br /> Council will have the ultimate decision of approval or denial based on City Code.
