Community and Environmental Outcomes <br /> How and whether the project mitigates harm to communities and the <br /> environment, extends benefits to the human and natural environment, or enhances <br /> personal mobility and accessibility. This includes reducing the negative effects of <br /> existing infrastructure, removing barriers, avoiding harm to the human and natural <br /> environment, and using design improvements to enhance access (where <br /> appropriate) and environmental quality for affected communities. Projects should <br /> also reflect meaningful community input provided during project development. <br /> ii. Other Review Criteria <br /> a. Partnership and Innovation <br /> Demonstrating strong collaboration among a broad range of stakeholders or <br /> using innovative strategies to pursue primary outcomes listed above including <br /> efforts to reduce delivery delays. Additional consideration will be given for the <br /> use of innovative and flexible designs and construction techniques or innovative <br /> technologies. <br /> b. Cost Share <br /> FASTLANE grants must have one or more stable and dependable sources of <br /> funding and financing to construct, maintain, and operate the project, subject to <br /> the parameters in Section C.2.
