Jr: was :~lso t-~vured how the monitoring of water runoff from the ].andfill could hi'feet the area residents. City Engineer Sha stated his major concern was there weren't any parameters established to monitor water testing of the test wells. It was the general concensus conditions are good and if in their routine inspections a prob]em should be noted the people at the lm~dfill have been very cooperative in correcting it. OFF-SALE LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATIONS It was the general concensus of the Council to set up individual inter- views wJth each of the applicants for November 2, 1978 for half hour in- tervals starting at 7:30 P.M. ~ey are to have a rough sketch of their plans; 2.e., size of building; landscaping, parking, etc. ACCESSORY BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATIONS Motion by Councilman Gamec and seconded by Councilman ~Mller to approve the appJication for accessory building/greenhouse for Mr. Eugene Waldowski size 10' x 28' and 8' x 20' respectively and the accessory building is to be used strictly for personal use. Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Mul]er, Councilman Reimann, Council- man Gamec and Mayor Cox. Voting no None. Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Gamec to table any actJon on the application for accessory building for Mr. Richard D. McCoy until. Mr. ~Coy can furnish the Council with more information i.e.., sketch p]an of lot, placement of accessory building on lot, placement of present principal structure, etc.
