Voting no None 1979 CITY OPERATIONAL BUDGET · The C:it7 Budget was deferred until October 24, 1978 at'7:30 P.M.- SE'ITING FEE ];OR URBAN DEVELOPblENT PEPqMIT Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Gamec to adopt Reso]ution 78-28 establishing a fee of $500.00 for the Urban Development Permit, to cover the cost of legal fees, engineering costs, etc. Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Muller, Councilman Reimann, Council- man Gamec and Mayor Cox. Voting no None. TOM IlOI,KER; REGARDING MOVING A HOUSE INTO RAblSEY Mr. To~n Ho].ker had been granted permission at the September 11, 1978 meeting to move four houses into the City of Ramsey. It was the under- standing of the Council they were to be moved into Mr. Holker's High Point Plat. Mr. Holker has moved one of the houses onto a lot at the corner of County Road S and S7. Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Mayor Cox to have Mr. Holker move the house off the lot on the corner of County Road 57 and 5 and place it in High Point as he had previously stated.
