This change could be very dangerous to <br />citizen safety and could also generate a lot of problems for <br />the police, <br /> <br />REPORT ON COb~JNITY SCHOOL ADVISORY COUNCIL ~TTERS: Mr. <br /> <br />Marc Hadley will be present to give report, <br /> <br />MSA HIGItWAY FUNDS REGARDING CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS FOR 1979: <br />Mr. Peter Raatikka will have a written report on this at the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />COUNCIL APPROVAL ON PARTIAL PAYMENTS FOR STREET IbWROVEMENT <br />CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS 78-1, 78-.2, ?'8-.3, and' 78-.4~ Peter <br />Raatikka, City Engineer, will present the'partial payment for <br />your approval at the meeting. The payments will not be made <br />until the bond money becomes available which will be in about <br />30 days. <br /> <br />ANTI-RECESSIONARY FUND: The City has $151.00 left in that fund <br />and inasmuch as we will not be receiving any more anti-recess- <br />ionary funds it is requested Council authorize expenditure of <br />it.
