Special Council <br />Page 4 <br />November ~, 1978 <br /> <br />Mayor Cox stated there will be a special Council meeting on November 20, <br />1978 at 7:30 P.M. and Mr. Jim Barton of the Metro Council will be here <br />to discuss the CAB Study in regards to the City of Ramsey. He also <br />stated a letter be sent to the Planning and Zoning Commission and Park <br />and Recreation Commission members informing them of the meeting. A <br />notice is to be sent to the paper informing the public. <br /> <br />Mr. Leroy Lenander moved a garage on his five acre parcel at 16820 <br />Zirconium Street N.W. without Council permission. Mr. Clayton Berg, <br />the Building Official sent him a certified letter informing him of <br />the fact he is in violation of the ordinance and he must contact Mr~ <br />Berg to take the necessary steps to correct this violation. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimar~n and seconded byMayor Cox to have Mr. <br />Lenander remove the garage from his parcel of land if he doesn't meet <br />with the Building Official's instructions for correcting this <br />violation. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Gamec, Councilman Mickelson, Council- <br />man Reimann, Councilman Muller and Mayor Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Gamec and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to adjourn <br />the special meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Gamec, Councilman Mickelson, Council- <br />man Reimann, Councilman Muller and Mayor Cox.
