KenJahr. <br />He is located in Room 820, Transportation Building, St. Paul, Minnesota - <br />55155 and can be reached at (612) 296-1612. <br /> <br />Mr. Jahr has been very instrumental in producing the Minnesota State <br />Rail Plan and is daily involved in numerous questions, issues, and <br />problems concerning the rail area. We believe that Ken Jahr has the <br />experience and knowledge to make this project a success. <br /> <br />The process of selecting communities for further study must begin <br />almost immediately. To effectively begin this study, and for consid- <br />eration of further study, each community will have to select a contact <br />person. Therefore, communities in Minnesota should~submit the name of <br />their.contact person to the project manager by December 1, 1978.- <br />Communities in North Dakota who have not already done so should notify <br />Gary Berreth of the North Dakota Highway Department (701) 224-2512.
