TO: City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: ~City Assessor <br /> <br />RE: Monthly Report <br /> <br />DATE: November 24~ 1~78 <br /> <br />I made 45 building inspecti~Qns this last period~ most of the~ final$~ <br />The rest of the time was spend assessing~ <br /> <br />Itve finished about 60% of the area'to be viewed ~oE 19.7~.~ ~ the'present <br />rate, I should b.e done in time to be ab!e to.get'-the book, done in time.~ <br /> <br />Jeanne and Arlene are working on my book work as much time as is available'~ <br />besides theirother work~ <br /> <br />I drove 994 miles in both departments. The extra 10~ a mile is greatly <br />appreciated~ <br /> <br />I will be attending a seminar next week down at the Minnesota Highway <br />Training Center in New Brighton.. It will be a 5 to 8 hour session Monday <br />through Friday (November 27 through December.l)~' This-seminar will count <br />for credit to keep my certification as an Assessor~ <br /> <br />This concludes my report,. <br /> <br />LW:sb <br /> <br /> <br />
