FROM: City Administrator <br /> <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br /> <br />SUBJ: Council New Business Critique <br /> <br />CASE 1: <br /> <br />CASE 2: <br /> <br />CASE 3: <br /> <br />CASE 4: <br /> <br />CASE 5: <br /> <br />STREET IMPROVEMENT ACTION - ITASCA HEIGHTS: Action is required <br />by Council to either Order for the advertisement of bids or table <br />the petition. <br /> <br />BIKE LANE FOR 167th AVENUE N.W.: We will try and have some- <br />thing put together on that for Monday night. I can't be sure <br />at this time. <br /> <br />REQUEST TO MOVE HOUSE INTO RAMSEY; CASE OF CARL BIEDERMAN: <br />The following is Clayton Berg, Building Inspector, report on <br />subject request: <br /> <br />" After payment of the proper fee, I have inspected a house <br />owned by Mr. Carl Biederman, that is presently located in the <br />City of Robbinsdale. <br /> <br />The structure is a three bedroom rambler with 1,092 square feet <br />(26 x 42) with an 18 x 20 attached garage. <br /> <br />It was built in the mid-fifties and except for the electrical <br />and insufficient insulation in the attic area it complies with <br />the present building code. These items can be corrected quite <br />easily. <br /> <br />I would note that the structure does not comply with the Ramsey <br />City Ordinance inasmuch as the garage is not adequate in size <br />for a house of less than 1,100 square feet. <br /> <br />It is Mr. Biederman's intention to place this structure on a <br />ten acre parcel of land located at the intersection of County <br />Road #5 and #63 which he is buying from a Fir. Hunt. <br /> <br />In view of the location it would be my recommendation that Mr. <br />Biederman be allowed to move the house to this location upon <br />aquisition of the proper permits." <br /> <br />SETTING OF HEARING DATE FOR REVENUE SHARING: Council has to <br />hold a public hearing on this matter. <br /> <br />CAR-SON HOMES REGARDING DEVELOPMENT OF FLINTWOOD HILLS #2: <br /> <br />Mr. Dick Carson or his representative will be present to discuss <br />this with Council. <br /> <br /> <br />
