CASE 6:

CASE 7:

CASE 8:

CASE 9:

-2-

JOE SENTRYZ REGARDING RAMSEY WEST STORAGE BUILDING: Mr. Sentryz

stated when he received authorization to build his present office
building he was also granted authorization at that time to con-
struct a storage building 220 x 32 at the May 10, 1976 Council
meeting. However, those minutes make no reference to a storage
building. (Assessory Building)

BICENTENNIAL MONEY; CASE OF MRS. CHARLES pERKINs: The following
is a copy of the Bicentennial Committee's letter dated August 31,
1978:

"The money collected from the Bicentennial sales has been turned
over to the city - the amount of $56.30. Twenty dollars of the
amount was donated by Mrs. Charles Perkins and it is the belief
of the committee members that Mrs. Perkins wished to have the
money used in conjunction with the cemetery restoration project.
We recommend calling Mrs. Perkins at 441-1488 in order to determine
the specifics on how she wished the donation used. The committee
members feel that she would be better able to earmark the money
if the Council felt the cemetery project was not appropriate.

As for the remainder of the money, we would like the city to use
it so that everyone may benefit from the way it is spent.

Thank you."

The City Staff phoned Mrs. Charles Perkins on September 21, 1978
and asked about the money she donated. She felt it can be used
any way the Council feels is best in restoration of the cemetery.

NATIONAL FLOOD PLAIN INSURANCE: I have been able to set up a
meeting for October 18, 1978, Tuesday, 7:00 P.M.
