They would have bought additional land, but that prices were too high. Wurm: Intentions of use for house were kept secret until after sale. Ives: He had to get signaturds v:~en he put up his building. Did the church do same? Why not? Ken Peterson: Records do ~ot indicate Public Hearing. Ives: Was a Public Hearing necessary? Ken Peterson: Would depend on zoning requirements at that time. Why don't the Church restore the building to a house and sell using the money to relocate in a more suitable place? Rev. '.It has been a big headache~ and while not against church feel it being vacant is hazardous to children. If property is rezoned for church, entire area should be rezoned.
