How- <br />ever, he would not be using any printing presses as such in <br />this operation. Please refer to Planning Commission public <br />hearing dated September 5 and Planning Commission minutes <br />dated September 5 (reference B-1 and B-2 this agenda) <br /> <br />PETITION FOR STOP SIGN; CASE OF 163rd AND MARBLE STREET: <br /> <br />Petition will be available for Council review. Please refer <br />to exhibit #2, the petition and the chief of police report <br />and a report from the Street Superintendent. <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR 90 DAY PERMIT FOR PLACEMENT OF TRAILER; CASE OF <br /> <br />PETER BUDGE: <br /> <br />Mr. Peter Budge is building a home at 15140 Juniper Ridge <br />Drive. Due to illness and vandalism they have had a con- <br />siderable setback in the completion of their home. Mr. <br />Lester Werz has inspected the house and in his estimation <br />a good three months is left for completion. They are asking <br />for Council permission in placing their travel trailer on <br />the lot for living quarters while finishing their home. <br />(I must also add they had to vacate their previous home by <br />the end of August, and are staying in a motel which they <br />say is mighty expensive.) <br /> <br />STATE BANK OF ANOKA; CASE OF 90 DAY PERMIT EXTENSION: <br /> <br />The State Bank is requesting an extension of 90 days. Present <br />permit expired on July 10. This permit would pick up from <br />July 10 to October 10. Bank officials state that they should <br />have the project complete in October.
