CASE 6: <br /> <br />CASE 7: <br /> <br />CASE 8: <br /> <br />CASE 9: <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR MOVING HOUSES INTO RAMSEY; CASE OF TOM HOLKER: <br /> <br />In accordance with Resolution 21 dated October 13, 1976 Counc~_l <br />hes to approve the moving of houses into the City of Ramsey. <br />The following report is hereby submitted by Building Official, <br />Clayton Berg. <br /> <br />"After payment of the proper fees, I inspec%ed four s%ructures <br />with Mr. Holker located at the Air Force Base in St. Paul. <br /> <br />It would be Mr. Holkers intent to relocate these structures <br />in his High Point Plat. <br /> <br />The buildings are the upper floors from military barricks and <br />are very well constructed. As it is Mr. Holkers intent to <br />strip both the interior and exterior of all the structures I <br />merely inspected the framing which exceeds present codes. <br /> <br />Three of the structures are 28 x 42 or 1176 square feet. <br />The fourth is 28 x 32 or 896 square feet which does not meet <br />the City of Ramsey ordinance in respect to square footage. <br />It is Mr. Holkers intention to add to this structure so it <br />will comply with the ordinance. <br /> <br />Mr. Holker will be available at the meeting to explain his <br />intentions. He will attempt to have house plans available." <br /> <br />HIGH POINT ADDITION; REGARDING BLACKTOPPING OF STREETS: <br /> <br />Mr. Holker will be present to discuss with the Council his <br />request to defer the blacktopping of streets in High Point <br />Addition until 2/3 or 3/4 developed. <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR SECOND FIRE WARDEN FOR ISSUANCE OF 'BURNING PERMITS; <br /> <br />CASE OF MIKE HALLER: <br /> <br />Mike Haller will be present to discuss his request and get your <br />approval of a second fire warden for issuance of burning permits. <br />He has a man in mind for the job; he is Tom Patullo, of 170th <br />and Zeolite. <br /> <br />ASSESSORY BUILDING PERMITS: <br /> <br />The staff has received three building permit applications for an <br />assessory building. They are as follows: <br /> <br />1. Wayne Swedal, 14723 Bowers Drive N.W. <br /> (storage of private property 24 x 24) <br />2. Charles Inderieden, 9321 - 169th Avenue N.W. <br /> (shelter for horses, storage for hay & trailer <br /> 26 x 27) <br />3. Kevin Goedel, 8930 - 178th Avenue N.W., <br /> (pole barn to be used as garage and for storage <br /> of gardening assessories 26 x 36) <br /> <br /> <br />
