CASE 10: <br /> <br />CASE 11: <br /> <br />CASE 12: <br /> <br />CASE 13: <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br />RESIGNATION OF ARLENE PEDDYCOART: Arlene Peddycoart resigned <br />effective July 31, 1978. I did call Arlene to find out if she <br />had a reason as she didn't state any in her letter. She stated <br />that she had joined a bowling league and wanted to spend more <br />time with her family. <br /> <br />Council should note the resignation by motion in regards Mrs. <br />Peddycoart's resignation. <br /> <br />Replacement: I have spoken to the Council Personnel Committee <br />on this matter and recommended to them that Mrs. Sheila Beyer <br />would assume the above duties providing she was paid the same <br />amount as the previous person who performed them. In the short <br />span of time I have observed Mrs. Beyer's work and I don't feel <br />she will have any problem in performing the duties of taking <br />Council minutes. This would be accomplished outside of her <br />normal working hours. Council motion required if they accept <br />Mrs. Beyer's for the position of Council Secretary. <br /> <br />PURCHASE OF TREES FOR PLANTING AT RAMSEY MUNICIPAL CENTER: <br /> <br />Councilman Reimann has requested Council discussion about purchas- <br />ing of more trees for planting at City Hall. <br /> <br />ASSESSORY BUILDINGS IN R-1 ZONING: In D-1 "a" under Council <br />Old Business, it was discussed about amending 170.014B of <br />the City Code. <br /> <br />Problem: We have citizens who want to build assessory build- <br />ings much larger than 120 square feet that was recommended in <br />Case 1 of this agenda.
