Building for the property located in the NE 1/2 of SW 1/4 <br />of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, said p~rmit is being granted for the <br />developer to construct as shown on plans dated June 26, 1978 by Eeith Graham <br />contingent on those matters required by Planning & Zoning minutes dated July <br />10, 1978 wi~h the exception that the driveway width be increased to a minimum <br />of 30'feet, subject to drainage facilites as approved by the City Engineer <br />and sny other requirements of the City Engineer in the future. <br /> <br />Motion by Camec~ seconded by Reimann to adopt Resolution No. 11 giving <br />preliminary approval to Project under Chapter 47~Minnesota Statutes <br />requesting approval between Comm~.ssioner of Securities and Authorizing <br />preparation of the necessary documents~in regards to C.R. Builders <br />revenue bonds. <br /> <br />~inutes for Approval - June 26, 1978. <br /> <br />Motion by Mickelson, seconded by Gamec to approve the minutes of the <br />June 26, 1978 regular Council meeting. <br /> <br />h. Flood Plain Management Ordinance. <br /> <br />Motion by Gamec, seconded by Reimann to adopt Resolution No. 12 establishing <br />an amount of ~%00 for the Urban Development permit escro~ fee out of which <br />City expenses shall be paid. ~ ~ <br /> <br />i. Flood Insurance. <br /> <br />The Council requested that the Administrator contact the Department of <br />HUD and ascertain if the time could be changed for the August 23, 1978 <br />meeting to 7 or 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />j. Gateway North Industrial Airport Study. <br /> <br />Mr. Dick Sba reviewed the Federal Airport study. He stated that under the <br />funding agreement it should be in the hands of the Division of Aeronautics <br />and copies should be formally forwarded to them. <br /> <br />l~tion by Mickelson, seconded by Reimann acknowledging receipt of the Airport <br />study and directing that a copy of the study be forwarded to Don Greenberg <br />of Gateway North Industrial Park. <br /> <br />3.
