T. W. ANDERSON: Please refer to <br />enclosures (B-2) for Planning & Zoning Commission report as <br />required by subparagraph 5 of paragraph 170.035A of the City <br />Code. A member of the Planning and Zoning Commission will be <br />present to review their report with the Council. <br /> <br />PETITION RECEIVED FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT (FRONT STREET AND <br /> <br />TUNGSTON AVENUE): The petition will be available for your <br />review at the meeting. Council action under Minnesota Statutes <br />Chapter 429 if they desire to proceed would be to adopt num- <br />bered resolution declaring adequacy of the petition and ordering <br />preparation of report. Secondly, adopt resolution receiving re- <br />port and calling hearing on improvements. <br /> <br />PETITION RECEIVED FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT ( BEAR=kY AVENUE AND <br /> <br />COLLINS DRIVE): Same procedure as stated in Case 2 above. <br />Petition will be available for your review at the meeting. <br /> <br />VARIANCE FROM SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE TO SUBDIVIDE A 7.'4 ACRE <br /> <br />PARCEL OF LAND; CASE OF MR. MASTLEY: Please refer to enclosure <br />(B-l) Planning Commission minutes dated August 7, 1978. The <br />subject party wants to subdivide 7.4 acre parcel of land into <br />two (2) lots and each containing 3.7 acres of land (located at <br />the northwest corner of 166th Street and Jasper Street N.W.) <br /> <br />Consequently, Mr. Mastly needs a variance from the subdivision <br />ordinance to subdivide the subject parcel. The Planning Com- <br />mission has reviewed the subject variance request in accordance <br />with paragraph 170.0316A of the City Code and recommended grant- <br />ing approval of the subject request as contained in the minutes <br />of August 7, 1978. <br /> <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO MANUFACTURE AND SALES OPERATION IN <br /> <br /> UR ZONING (URBAN AREA); CASE OF PHILLIP KERSSEN: Please refer <br />to enclosure (B-l) Planning and Zoning Commission minutes dated <br />,-~ugust 7, 1978. Mr. Kerssen has requested a conditional use per- <br />.~it to manufacture trailer and also sales operation at his home <br />located at 14765 Nowthen Blvd.) which contains UR zoning in <br /> he Urban Area. <br /> <br /> The Planning and Zoning Commission has reviewed this request in <br /> accordance to paragraphs 170.013C and 170.016C Of the City Code <br /> and have recommended approval as set forth in their minutes of <br /> August 7, 1978. <br /> <br /> <br />
