Residential uses such as lawns, garden's, parking areas and play areas. . Conditional Uses. The following open space uses which. require only accessory structures (temporary or permanent), or fill or storage of materials or equipment may be permitted in the Floodway District only upon application to the Zoning Administrator and the issuance of a special. permit by the Board of Adjustment as provided in Section 13-114.3, Conditional Use Permits, of this Ordinance. These uses are also subject to the provisions of Section 13-I14.3 which apply to all flood~'ay Conditional Uses, 1. Uses or. structures accessory to open Space or Conditional Uses. 2.
