Industrial-Commercial uses such as loading areas, parking <br /> areas, and airport landing strips. <br /> <br />3. Private and public recreational uses such as golf <br /> courses, tennis courts, driving ran.ges, archery <br /> ranges, picnic grounds, boat launching ramps, swimming <br /> areas, parks, wildlife and nature preserves, game. <br /> farms, fish hatcheries,' shooting preserves, target <br /> ranges, trap and skeet ranges, hunt~ng and fishing <br /> areas, hiking and horseback riding trails. <br /> <br />~. Residential uses such as lawns, garden's, parking <br /> areas and play areas. . <br /> <br /> Conditional Uses. The following open space uses which. <br /> require only accessory structures (temporary or permanent), <br /> or fill or storage of materials or equipment may be <br /> permitted in the Floodway District only upon application <br /> to the Zoning Administrator and the issuance of a special. <br /> permit by the Board of Adjustment as provided in Section <br /> 13-114.3, Conditional Use Permits, of this Ordinance. <br />These uses are also subject to the provisions of Section <br />13-I14.3 which apply to all flood~'ay Conditional Uses, <br /> <br />1. Uses or. structures accessory to open Space or Conditional <br /> Uses. <br /> <br />2. Circuses, carnivals and similar transient amusement <br /> enterprises. <br /> <br />Drive-in theaters, new and used car lots, road side <br />stands, signs an~I billboards. <br /> <br />4. Extraction of sand, gravel, and other materials. <br /> <br />5. I~)arinas, boat rentals, docks, piers, ~'~harves, and <br /> water control structures. <br /> <br /> <br />
