AUTHORIZE STAFF TO CREATE AN ELIGIBILITY LIST <br /> TO HIRE A PATROL OFFICER <br /> <br />PC# <br /> <br />By: Givonna Reed, Human Resources Manager <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />The Police Chief has expressed a need for an additional patrol officer for 2004. That <br />need is based upon an increase in calls for service, an increase in business and residential <br />development and the need for additional shift coverage.
