Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends final plat approval contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter <br />dated July 23, 2004 and the City and Developer entering into a Development Agreement. Since <br />Alpine Acres 3rd Addition contains units that are located adjacent to existing streets and <br />infrastructure, staff also recommends that the City waive the amended NiN State Building Code <br />1306 requirement. <br /> <br />Council Action:' <br /> <br />Motion to adopt Resolution # approving the final plat of Alpine Acres ?
