Councihnember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #04-08- A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF Alpine Acres ADDITION. WHEREAS, Oak Creek Builders Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for Final Plat approval of Alpine Acres 4thAddition On the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlots A and B, Alpine Acres Second Addition, Anoka Cottnty, Mirmesota or upon recording - Lots 1-32 Block 1, Lots 1-10 Block 2, 'AlPine Acres 4th Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota (the "Subject Property") WHEREAS, on July 15, 2004, the City of Ramsey received an application m~d final plat for Alpine Acres 4th Addition from Oak Creek Builders Inc. for a townhome plat; and WHEREAS, on June 24, 2003, the City Council approved the preliminary plat of Alpine Acres contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated May 16, 2003, revised June 6, 200~, revised June 20, :00_~; and WHEREAS, the final plat for Alph~e Acres 4th Addition conforms to the preliminary, plat approved for Alpine Acres; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA' COUNTY,.STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to .~lpine Acres 4th Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes and Staff Review Letter dated July 23, 2004. 2) That the Developer shall enter into a Development Agreement with the City for the development of the Subject Property. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: -331-
