The Developer has satisfied the sewer and water trunk charges for this and all ~ture phases of the Alpine Acres development. Park Dedication: Park dedication requirements for Alpine Acres ? Addition will consist of a cash payment in the amount $92,400. This payment is due prior to the City reieasing the myIars ±bt recording at the offices of Anoka County. Trnil DeveloPment and Trail Fees: The current trail development fee is $550.00 per unit and is due prior to recording the p~at. Therefore, a trail development in the amount of $~_,,100 is due to nhe City prior to the release of the mylars. Stormwater Manaaement Fee: The City has enacted a stormwater management fee of $375.00 per unit. The final plat is proposing to plat "42 units in the fourth phase, therefore a cash payment 'in the amount of $15,750.00 is due to the City prior to the release of the plat for recording. Other Permits: The developer is responsible for obtaining any pemTits required from other reguiatorf agencies.
