They will have-one meeting the end of this week and an- <br />other next week. The committee will report -back on the-27th of <br />this month. They-will meet on-May 9th at~-t2:OO--noon in Mr.~ Stef~L <br />fen's office. Mr. Steffen recommended the. Council' have a report <br />back from the Council member on each committee, on the ongoing .wo.rk <br />to be 'done by the various resident committees. <br /> <br />.L,G.C.S. status review should be handled by the two member Council <br />committee. ~ <br /> <br />Board of Adjustment date: May 15, 1975 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Bernard Wurm: Several people came in with him about the proposed <br />Day Care Center at 15382 Hematite St. A church is also proposed <br />to be used by a house at this address." A petition was received <br />from Mr. Wurm by the Council. Mr. Gotham stated churches were a <br />permitted use in residential areas but not day care centers without <br />a conditional use permit. The Council asked the Clerk to send a <br />letter to'Mrs. Lynn Clark, who sold-this, house and was on the <br />agenda for the last Planning & Zoning Commission but did not come <br />to that meeting, stating that they should'dispense with services <br />until this matter is reviewed by the Council. Mr. Gotham said he <br />did not think it was the intent of the Ordinance to have churches <br />in a home. with the parking problems. <br /> <br /> <br />
