Consequently~ I recommend <br />that Council advise the City of Anoka .of this matter. <br /> <br />ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION FOR ESTABLISHING CITY PURCHASING POLICY: <br /> <br />Please refer to enclosure (D3-c) for resolution #79-1 which is <br />submitted for your adoption. <br /> <br />City Administrator's Comments: First, if there is any language <br />contained in the resolution you don't desire, please make note <br />so we can make the appropriate changes. Secondly, you don't <br />currently have a purchasing policy, however, this proposed <br />policy will cover your total needs in purchasing way into the <br />future. Further, it ties into your new line item budget and into <br />your accounting system. <br /> <br /> <br />
