Right of Wey~ also that ~art of I~.:.?.~ of the ~.E.~, Sec. 29~ Two. ~2, R25 lying I~ortherl~ of the ~.P. Right of Way, to light industrial with re- strictive covenents to be determined if plat is presented ~t~hile taking i~to consider~t~on the negative and Dositive findings of ~he October 16, 1978 as follows: Negative: ].. Look at the long term land zoning. 2. The City has undevelooed existing Industrial land. ~. :.?ou!d create "spot industrial dev~loBm~nt''. &. This type of zoning can be construction of any material. 5. Future building of log homes may not be popular. 6. Type of business ~hould not create demand for sewer. Positive: 1. Land is not suitable for residential. 2. City will lose some industrial due to Critical Rivers. 'J. Continuation of East/V~est Street through property. ~,. Po~'.'er easement along Hwy ]O that would be suitable for service road. Commission would still like to see an over-all plan of development of the a?ea. Motion carried 6-0.
