TO: City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: Building Official <br /> <br />SUBJ: School Request for Class Rooms <br /> <br />DATED: January 17,'1979 <br /> <br /> On Tuesday, January 16, 1979, I discussed briefly the use of the <br />lower levels of city hall as classrooms with representatives of .the <br />Ramsey School. <br /> <br /> I informed them that the first problem I could see was the lack <br /> <br />of a sprinkler system. Exiting may also be a problem. As it is required <br />that plans for educational buildings be reviewed by the state, I informed <br />them that it would be necessary to hire an architect to prepare the plans. <br /> <br /> I understand they intend to pursue this matter further at the next <br />regular council meeting.
