M.S.A. Chapter 168A as amended and M.S.A. Section 325.821- <br />824' are hereby adopted by reference and incorporated as if fully set <br />forth herein. The fol.]owing supplemental definitions shall apply in the <br />interpretation and application of this section and the following words <br />and terms wherever they occur in this section are defined as follows: <br /> <br />a. A "dealer in used motor vehicles" is any person <br /> engaged 5n the business of selling, exchanging or <br /> otherwise disposing of, displaying, advertising or <br /> offering for sale, used or secondhand motor vehicles <br /> as a principal bus4ness or occupation., or as an ad- <br /> junct or incident to any other business or profession; <br />b. A "dealer in motor vehicle rentals" is any person <br /> engaged in the business of renting for a specified <br /> temporary length of time a motor vehicle as described <br /> herein, and for which rental the dealer receives <br /> compensation; <br />c. A "motor vehicle" is any new or used automobile, <br /> truck, motorcycle, snowmobile or other similar <br /> vehicle propelled by a motor. <br /> <br /> <br />
