Morris, Coon Rapids Police Department was interested in <br />getting a citizens committee together to explore sites in Anoka County <br />for the many off-street type vehicles. It was the general concensus of <br />the Council that the City of Ramsey is not interested in participating <br />in a program of this nature and that the Park and Recreation Commission <br />is working on a similar program. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF SETFER,~CH & LINDSTROM~ INC. STATt~{bFr <br /> <br />It was the general concensus of. the Council to table-the approval of .this <br />until CityAdministrator Schnelle-could.talk with Phil_Nereson.and~et ' <br />some definite answers~as to the:mileage,~'change :ordersF:etc7 and have'.- <br />them_ready for the November 27, 1978 meeting; <br /> <br />STATE HIGltWAY #10 BASE MAP FRONTAGE ROAD <br /> <br />It was the general concensus of the Council after reviewing the map to <br />have Planning and Zoning conduct a public hearing on the State's proposal. <br /> <br />LAND AQUISITION' <br /> <br />The:City.received a letter, from Mr. Charles R...Lefebvze~inform~ng_them- <br />of-properties in the City of Ramsey that.-have forfeited to.the-Stateof .... <br />Minnesota. The City of Ramsey can purchase these for a total.hr $10.30 <br />per parcel. The two parcels in question are: <br /> <br /> 1) Dennis Crause (Plat 89215 Parcel 64S0) - this is a strip <br /> of land 53 feet wide and approximately 970 feet in length <br /> which is a road easement (1S7th Lane N.W.) <br /> <br />2) Loretta L. Dill (Plat 89322 Parcel 2100) this is a strip <br />of land 66 feet wideand approximately 430 feet in length <br />which serves as a roadway. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelsonand seconded by Councilman Gamec to adopt <br />resolution 78-30 to purchase Plat 89215 Parcel 6450 and Plat 89322 Parcel <br />2100, for a price of $10.30 each. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Reiman~, Councilman Muller, Council- <br />man Mickelson, Councilman Gamec and Mayor Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br /> <br />
