civil <br />municipal <br />planning <br />environmental <br />land surveying <br />geolechnics <br /> <br />January 17, 1979 <br /> <br />consulting engneers d vers ed 'nc, <br /> p.o. box j. osseo, minnesota 55369 L~ (612) 425-2181 <br /> <br /> · ...I,/.. ·, <br /> <br />Mr. Lloyd Schnelle <br />City Administrator <br />City of Ramsey <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW <br />Anoka, Minnesota 55303 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Schnelle: <br /> <br />A point that was discussed in the course of yesterday's CAB Study Committee <br />meeting is a conflict between Ramsey's System Statement and the possible <br />schedule of the Anoka portion of the CAB Interceptor. <br /> <br />It is understood that the System Statement at least implies that Ramsey will <br />not be permitted to use the Anoka portion of the CAB Interceptor until 1985. <br />It is likely, however, that capacity in the' interceptor and the Anoka Waste- <br />water Treatment Plant could be available by 1981. <br /> <br />In view of the difficulty of changing the System Statement, it was agreed <br />that upon a request from Ramsey, the language of the 208 document (which will <br />supersede the System Statement as it relates to sanitary se~er service) will <br />be changed to permit Ramsey to util.ize the Anoka portion of the CAB facility <br />between 1981 and 1985 if the need for service arises and to the extent that <br />capacity is available in the Anoka Plant. <br /> <br />keith caswell jr.
