AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> <br />FOR THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br />COMPREHENSIVE STORM DRAINAGE STUDY <br /> <br />This Agreement, made and entered into this .29th day of January <br />1979, by and between the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, a municipal cor- <br />poration, hereinafter called the "City" and Consulting Engineers <br />Diversified, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, hereinafter called the <br />"Engineer," <br /> <br />Witnesseth, that: In consideration of the mutual covenants and agree- <br />ments herein contained, it is agreed by and between the parties hereto <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> The Engineer will perform a Comprehensive Storm Drain Study and <br /> prepare and furnish a report on the area of study which would <br /> include the entire 1990 Urban Service Area and a portion of the <br /> Transition Area. Specifically, the area of study shall include <br /> the area lying south of the Trott Brook Watershed and east of the <br /> Lake Itasca Watershed as shown on Attachment No. i to this Agree- <br /> ment. The final report of the study area shall include the <br /> following: <br /> <br /> 1. Delineation of watershed boundaries. <br /> <br /> 2. Inventory of existing drainage structures including <br /> inverts, based on existing bench marks in the area. <br /> Verification of existing bench marks shall not be made <br /> as part of this study. <br /> <br /> 3. Field surveys including inverts, location and typical <br /> cross-sections of all existing ditches and creek <br /> <br /> <br />
