Preparation of reports and exhibits for the City's use <br /> in implementing the Storm Drainage Plan including visual <br /> display 6f the flood elevations of at a 100 year storm <br /> frequency. <br /> <br />9, Discussion of the study findings with other governmental <br /> agencies having interest in those findings, <br /> <br />The study and report will be prepared at a cost not to exceed $i5,000.00, <br />with the actual cost to be based upon the time expended by the Engineer's <br />personnel and with the hourly costs based upon existing agreements between <br />the City and the Engineer. <br /> <br />As storm drainage.projects are implemented by the City utilizing the Storm <br />Drainage Study and Report, the Engineer shall apportion the study and report <br />cost as a credit against fees earned for the final plans and specifications <br />for such projects. The basis for the apportionment shall be the area for <br />which such plans and specifications are prepared as a fraction of the total <br />area covered by the study and report. <br /> <br /> <br />
