City of Ramsey <br />County of Anoka <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />P& Z-1- <br />2/5/79 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Ramsey City Planning & Zoning <br />Commission held a Public Hearing on February 5, 1979 at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Chairman Ken Peterson called the Public Hearing to order at 7:23 p.m. with <br />the following in attendance: <br /> <br />Ken Peterson <br />Kathy Schneider <br />Ron West <br /> <br />Brad Bodle <br />A1 Sorteberg <br />Art Dunn <br /> <br />Also Present: <br />Peter Raatikka, City Eng. <br />Lloyd Schnelle, City Adm. <br /> <br />Chairman Ken Peterson asked Mr. Caine of Caine & O'Malley to explain the <br />proposed plat. Mr. Caine explained that there would be 23 2.5 acre lots, <br />and that land would be dedicated for parks.
