Please refer to enclosure (B-2) this agenda for their rec- ommendation. Section 10.094 requires Council action. a. Lioyd G. Schnelle, City Administrator b. Arlene Stafford, Clerical /~- CAS E #2 AMEND SOIL ORDINANCE 170.04: The purpose of the amendment is to provide for variance language which this Ordinance does not provide for at this time. Please refer to encl (DJ-a~proposed amendment. *This will be available at meeting, Council Action: Your action will be to approve, disapprove or modify subject request from City Staff.- CASE #3 APPROVING OF CONTRACT REGULATING REZONING FROM R-1 to I-1; Case of Jack Menkveld No Council action required on this as Jack Menkveld has not come in to work with the City on this contract between him and city in regards to the subject rezoning granted at the January 29, 1979 meeting. It should be noted that ordinance authorizing the rezoning has not been published and will not be published Until Council approves the contract agreement between Menkveld and the City. Consequently, until all of the above is comp- leted the property is not rezoned from R-1 to I-1.
