Comments: I would really be skeptical about this park fee
refund. The park fee is an automatic charge with a sub-
division of land. Further, there is still another $100
to be paid on the park fee as per your motion in encl (D3-d).

CASE #4

INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BONDS REQUEST FOR: The following business'
are requesting Council approval on their application for
Industrial Revenue Bonds

Greenberg's Inc Industrial Revenue Bond in the
amount of $450,000. Cover letter
covering bond.

Comments: Now, in reviewing the Grosslein Industrial Revenue
Bond application, it shoud be noted he does have the zoning
but he does need Variances for his proposed building and
approval from State Environmental Council. We have not received
the report from the Environmental Council as of this date. If
we approve the application for this bond, it would have to be
subject to all of the above.

Council Action: Your action will be to approve or not approve.
However, the Grosslein, you should discuss this with the City
Attorney.

CASE #5 LOCATING OF MOBILE HOME TRAVEL TRAILER ON R-1 Lot; request for

The following subject requests have been by individual

ae

Mr. John Christenson (15520 Waco) has requested
permission to move a mobile home on his property
until his home can be rebuilt as a fire wiped out
his house 2/7/79.

b.
