Please refer to encl (D3-b) and (D3-c) <br /> <br />Council action: Your action will be to approve it by resolution <br />or deny it. <br /> <br />CASE #3 <br /> <br />REFUNDING OF PARK FEE; case of Russell Haag <br /> <br />Mr. Haag is requesting that he be granted a refund of $100.00 <br />for the park fee he paid on the metes & bounds subdivision of <br />land that Council granted him on May 9, 1977. (Please refer <br />to encl (D3-d). His reason for this request if that his not <br />going to build on this property. <br /> <br /> <br />
