I have been unable to locate such

a statute in the 169 chapter which chapter regulates traffic. I

have also contacted the High~ay Patrol aad they have no experience
with such a law either. Of course if trucks block the street and
prevent passage, other than just when they are backing, this can
be dealt with under existing statutes.

The only recommendation I feel I could make at this time would be
to post all of Tungsten from' highway #10 to Rivlyn St. for "No Standing
or Parking of Vehicles". These signs would include the right of way
also as it appears that now there is some parking on the right of way
(N&N Motors). 'By posting, "No 'Standing or Parking..." this would, I
believe, allow vehicles to stop for the purpose of backing or loading/

unloading passengers 6ut won2d prohibit the standing of a vehicle while
loading a cargo or waiting to load/unload.

~&atever is decided, the trucks should not be allowed to infringe upon.
the right of way of Tungsten St. after being backed in.

MGA
