P&Z-1- <br />3/5/79 <br /> <br /> Planning & Zoning <br /> City of Ramsey <br />County of Anoka <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Ramsey City Planning & Zoning <br />Commission held a Public Hearing on March 5, 1979 at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Chairman Ken Peterson explained that this was a Hearing in regards to <br />_D_a_k_r_i_d~g.e Es~ta__t_e_s__former~_ known as Tierra Estates and asked Mr. Joe Sentryz <br />to briefly explained the plat. <br /> <br />Mr. Sentryz stated that he had talked with the Highway Dept. and that a <br />letter would be sent to the City regarding the plat. <br /> <br />David Full, 16325 Marmoset N.W. questioned the drainage being provided for <br />the plat, stating that he was afraid it would raise the'level of the ponding <br />area near his property, and asked where the outlet for the ponding area was, <br />and to where it would drain. It was stated that the ponding is just one <br />large low area without any outlet, but that drainage calculations would have <br />to be done prior to final approval. <br /> <br />Public Hearing closed 8:05. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted., <br />Kathleen Schneider <br /> <br /> <br />
