This is inconsistent with Section 170.038E7.of 'the <br />Subdivision Ordinance. Section 170.038E9 states <br />that lot r_en~ants are to be added to adjacent lots unless the subdivider can <br />show acceptable plans for future use. <br /> <br />Proposed Azurite Street N.W. meets Industry Avenue N.W. at an angle of app.uox- <br />imately 57 degrees. Section 170.038C12 states that the angle formed by <br />intersections of streets shall not be less than 70 degrees with 90 degree <br />intersections preferred. <br /> <br />The proposed radius on the north end of Basalt Street N.W. is 75 feet. Section <br />170.038C2 states that streets which deflect more t~an 10 degrees hori~onta!ty <br />must be connected by a curve with a radius of not less than 100 feet. <br /> <br /> 8. The scale shown On the sketch p.lan is incorrect. <br /> <br />9. The sketch plan does not indicate any dedication of park land.
