It should also be determined who will be responsible <br /> for the~-upgrading of Llama Street and 161st Avenue. Construction <br /> specifications have not been provided to date. <br /> 6.. I~.:review of the drainage it appears that the drainage will be <br /> directed to Trott Brook, the proposed ponding area in Block 4 and <br /> Woodlawn Estates.' We would recommend that drainage calculation~ibe <br /> provided to verify that the ponding area§ are adequate.
