CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Strommen called the City Council Work Session to order at 5:30 p.m. <br /> 2. TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> 2.01: Discussion Regarding the 2017-2018 Union Contract Negotiations for LELS-Patrol <br /> and LELS-Sergeants (Portions May be Closed to the Public) <br /> Human Resources Manager Lasher stated that the Council will go into closed session to discuss <br /> the contract negotiations. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Johns, seconded by Councilmember Kuzma, to adjourn the meeting <br /> to Closed Session at 5:32 p.m. <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Johns, Kuzma, Riley, <br /> Shryock, and Williams. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember LeTourneau. <br /> The meeting returned to open session at 5:41 p.m. <br /> 2.02: Discussion Regarding the Annual Performance Review of the City Administrator, <br /> an Individual Who is Subject to the City Council's Authority (May be Closed to the <br /> Public) <br /> City Council Work Session /December 13, 2016 <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
