Page 8 Regular Council March 26, 1979 Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to send letters to people after reviewal of the area of Gateway North Industrial Park Plat #2 and also to send letters to all businesses in Ramsey in re- gards to the clean up of their area and making them aware of the mess accumulated on their property over the winter months. Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Reimann, Mickelson and Cox. Voting no None. PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL FOR OAKRIDGE ESTATES Egan, Field and Nowak presented Oakridge Estates preliminary plat to the Council for approval. He stated the County Highway Department is in agreement with the access onto County Road #83. He had reviewed the drainage with the City Engineer and a study will be submitted. The City Engineer reviewed his recommendations on Oakridge Estates with the Council. He recommended preliminary plat approval with the con- tingencies listed in his letter dated March 23, 1979 and said letter is filed at the City office. A discussion followed on the drainage easements in the northerly area of Oakridge Estates in regards to making more park land. Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilman Mickelson giving pre- liminary plat approval to Oakridge Estates with the stipulations listed in the City Engineers report dated March 23, 1979, and work on the park plan utility/drainage easement to County Road #83 and the park also in- clude coming off at right angles from the drainage easement. Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Reimann, Mickelson and Cox. Voting no None. Motion by Mayor Gamec granting a variance for Lots 1,2,3, of Block I and Lots 1,2,.3, of Block 2 reducing the size of these lots due to the granting of the additional park land for Oakridge Estates. Motion died for lack of second. Motion by Councilman Cox granting a variance for Lots 2 and ~3. of Block 1 and Lots 2 and 3 of Block 2 reducing the size of these'lots due to the granting of the additional park land for 0akridge Estates. Motion died for lack of second. Motion by Mayor Gamec reinstating his motion and seconded by Councilman Reimann granting a variance for Lots 1,2,3 of Block I and Lots 1,2,3 of Block 2 reducing the size of these lots due to the granting of the addi- tional park land for Oakridge Estates. Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Reimann, Mickelson and Cox. Voting no None.
