Wojcik used car lot annual license <br /> <br />Building official Berg read a copy of the letter k~r. !{ereson sent to ~..~r. <br />Wojcik explaining that the City is ~itb_holding his 1978 license until <br />the following conditions are met: <br /> <br />Provide a specific.ally designed customer parking area. The area <br />shall be a minimum of 20 feet b~ 40 feet, 'or adeqUate parking <br />space for four customers. The area provided shall be properly <br />graded and surfaced to allow adequate parking facilities. The <br />area shall be properly signed so as to denote customer Darking <br />only. The area must be wif~hin the property lines and is not to <br />be used for display of automobiles for sale. <br /> <br />MOTION by Reimann, seconded by Oamec to authorize the city attorney to proceed <br />with legal action against Mr. Wojcik. 5 Ayes <br /> <br />4. Consider establishment of committee' to report on organization of fire <br /> department <br /> <br />~ayor Cox asked if the Council would like to proceed in this direction and if <br />a committee should .be established and asked for names to be recommended for <br />such a committee. <br /> <br />Councilman Muller recommended Dale Nelson to the committee as he is a 'fireman <br />living in Ramsey and is familiar with equipment that can be donated by various <br />services. Mr. h'elson told Councilman Fuller that he wou~d be glad to serve on <br />the committee. <br /> <br />Councilman Reimann recommended A1 Sorteberg to the committee and ~ayor Cox <br />recommended George Carlson and Florien Backowski. <br /> <br />Building official Berg suggested that this committee designate fire zones within <br />the city. There are three zones, and right now Ramsey is all fire zone three <br />which is nonrestricted as to type of building t~t is allowed in .the area. <br /> <br />Mayor Cox asked that a meeting be scheduled for Wednesday evening, February lst; <br />to discuss this committee. -- <br /> <br /> <br />
