Drainage and utility easements on back and side lot lines <br />and the easement for the temporary cul-de-sac on Basalt Street N.W. <br />were not provided. <br />The final plat did not indicate corner stakes located at all lot:corners <br />as required by Article 170.0310:D.d. <br />A reproducibt~e copy of the plat showing' ~he addresses of each lot has not <br />been provided as required by Article 170.0310D.m. of the City Code. <br /> <br />In review of the proposed improvements, we find that theY are in accordance with <br />city standards. We have estimated the cost of the improvements to be $47,650. <br />The bond requirement is 150 percent of the estimated cost or $71,475. <br /> <br />'We' would recommend that the deficiencies stated in this letter are corrected, <br />the developer enter into a performance contract with the city to complete the <br />improvement and the developer post the required bond prior to your execution <br />of the plat. <br /> <br />keith caswell jr. ~u darrell schneider ii richard sha <br /> <br /> <br />
