Properties abutting the proposed street improve- <br />ment would be assessed on a front foot basis and properties not abutting the <br />streets would be assessed on a unit basis. In the case of the Delaney property <br />lying west of Llama Street N.W. the number of units assessed on a unit basis <br />would be reduced to 10. The number of units to be assessed on a unit basis would' <br />be reduced to 29 in Oakridge Estates and 19 in Forest Hideaway and also the <br />remaining unplatted properties along 161st Avenue N.W. would not be assessed on <br />a unit basis. This would result in a total of 87 units to be assessed on a unit <br />basis. <br /> <br />This assessment alternative proposes to assess 50 percent of the project on a <br />unit basis and 50 percent of the project on a'front foot basis. <br /> <br />ALTERNATE III <br /> <br />This alternate includes a city share Of $12,400, 'wl~ich decreases the amount of <br />the assessment to $54,700. <br /> <br />As in the case of Alternate II, i.t is proposed to assess each unit or proposed <br />unit only on a front foot or unit basis. The proposed breakdown of assessable <br />costs includes 40.percent on a unit basis and 60. percent on front footbasiso <br /> <br />ALTERNATE IV <br /> <br />This alternate includes a city share of $12,400 with an assessable cost of $54,700. <br />Under this alternative it is proposed to assess 50 percent of the assessable cost <br />on a front foot basis and 50 percent on a unit basis.
