The bond require- <br />ment is 150 percent of the estimated cost or $75,900. This cost did not include <br />the developer's share for upgrading 161st Avenue N.W., since this will be a city <br />project and an assessment will be levied against the benefitted properties. <br /> <br />The performance contract should cite the improvements as set forth in the plans <br />consisting of four plan sheets dated February 19, 1979, and a grading plan March 10, <br />1979, and revised March 26, 1979, as prepared by Roger M..Ellavsky. <br /> <br />We would recommend approval of the final plat with the following conditions: <br /> <br />The developer enter into a performance contract with the city to <br />complete the improvements. <br /> <br />All of the recommended changes stated in this letter are made in <br />accordance to city standards. <br /> <br />The developer pay the park fee in lieu of park dedication. <br /> <br />If you have any questions regarding the above, please do not hesitate to call on <br />US. <br /> <br />Yours truly, <br /> <br />CONSULTING ENGINEERS DIVERSIFIED, INC. <br /> <br />Peter R.
