BETWEEN <br /> <br />VARIOLITE AND ARMSTRONG: <br /> <br />The following statistical data is hereby submitted on the <br />above petition. 156th Avenue N.W. is fronted by 22 building <br />sites with 20 of the sites presently built on. Sixteen of the <br />20 resident property owners signed the petition in favor of <br />surfacing. This constitutes 80% of the resident owners and <br />72% of the total buildable sites. <br /> <br />Council Action: If you choose to go ahead with the above project, <br />you will adopt the following resolutions: <br /> <br />a) Resolution Declaring Adequacy of Petition and Ordering <br />Preparation of Report. <br /> <br />b) Resolution calling for a public hearing. <br /> <br />Note: Petition will be available for your review at the meeting. <br /> <br />VERA McGREGOR REGARDING INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BOND FOR OFF-SALE <br /> <br />LIQUOR STORE: <br /> <br />Her bond consultant will be here togo over the whole thing with <br />the Council. Copies of the resolution you have to adopt to allow <br />her to make application for Industrial Revenue Bond financing <br />for the proposed off-sale liquor store will be available for your <br />review at the meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
