RAMSEY'S THOROUGHFARE PLAN SHALL INVESTIGATE THE NEED FOR A COLLECTOR <br /> STREET SOUTH OF U.S. HIGHWAY 10 IN ADDITION TO A SERVICE DRIVE. <br /> <br />NO NEW ACCESSES WILL BE ALLO%~D ONTO U.S. HIGHWAY 10 WITH SERVICE <br />ROADS PROVIDING ACCESS TO ALL PROPERTY ALONG THE HIGHWAY. NO ON-SITE SYSTEMS WILL BE CONSTRUCTED ON A SLOPE OF GREATER THAN <br /> 18% AND DRAIN LINES SHALL BE LOCATED PARALLEL TO CONTOUR LINES. <br /> <br /> <br />
