RESOLUTION 79-35 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS (Yakima Street N.W,, Zuni Street N.W., 150th Avenue N.W., 150th Lane N.W., 151st Avenue N.W. all located in Corham's Sandy Acres, Waco Street N.W. between the line of 153rd Avenue N.W. and 150th Avenue N.W., and Xkimo Street N.W. between the line of 153rd Avenue N.W. and 150th Avenue N.W.) WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 9th day of April, 1979, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improve- ment of Yakima Street N.W., Zuni Street N.W., 150th Avenue N.W., 150th Lane N.W., 151st Avenue N.W. all located in Gorham's SaudyAcres, Waco Street N.W. between the line of 153rd Avenue N.W. and 150th Avenue N.Wo, and Xkimo Street N.W. between the line of 153rd Avenue N.W. and 150th Avenue N.W. to.upgrade street to five ton standards and bituminous sur- facing. AND WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing held thereon at 7:50 P.M. on the 14th day of May, 1979, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TP[E CITY OF RA~EY, MINNESOTA: lo Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted April 9, 1979. 2. Plans and specifications prepared by Consulting Engineers Diversified, City Engineer for such improvement pursuant to Council reso- lution, a copy of which plans and specification .is attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved and shall be filed with the City Administrator Clerk.
