· RESOLUTION 79-36 <br /> <br /> CITY OFBAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS (Yakima <br /> <br />Street N.W., Zuni Street N.W., 150th Avenue N.W., 150th Lane N.W., 151st <br />Avenue N.W. all located in Gorham's Sandy Acres, Waco Street N.W., be- <br />tween the line of 153rd Avenue N.W. and 150thAvenue N.W.., and Xkimo <br />Street N.W. between the line. of 153rd Avenue N.W. and 150th Avenue N.W.) <br /> <br /> WHF~, pursuant to a resolution #79-35 passed by the City <br />Council on May 29, 1979, the City Engineer, Consulting Engineer's <br />Diversified, has prepared the plans and specification for the imProve- <br />ment of the following streets with a bituminous surface to a five ton <br />street rating: <br /> <br />Yakima Street N.W., Zuni Street N.W., 150th Avenue N.Wo, 150th <br />Lane N.W., 151st Avenue N.W. all located in Gorham's Sandy Acres, <br />Waeo Street N.W., between the line of 153rd Avenue N.W. aud <br />150th Avenue N.W., and Xkimo Street N.W. between the line of <br />153rd Avenue N.W. and 150th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV~D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Administrator shall prepare and cause to be inserted <br />in the official newspaper and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement <br />for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans and <br />specifications. The advertisement shall be published at least ten days prior <br />to the bid opening, shall Specify the work to be done, shall state that bids <br />will be received by the City Administrator until 10:00 A.M. on July 20, 1979, <br />at which time they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the <br />RamseY Municipal Center by the City Engineer and City Administrator and will <br />then be tabulated, and will be considered by the Council at 7:30 P.M. on <br />July 23, 1979, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center, and <br />that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the City Ad- <br />ministrator and accompanied by a cashier's check, cash deposit, bid bond, <br />or certified cheek payable to the City of Ramsey for five (5) percent of <br />the amount of such bids. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council this 29th day of May, 1979. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor' <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
