HESOLUTION 79-37 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOK~ COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT ON STORM SEWER (Tungsten and Front Street) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Countil resolution 79-32 adopted May 14,.1979 <br />a report has been prepared by City Engineer, Consulting Engineer's Diversi- <br />fied with reference to the storm sewer improvement' on Tungsten and Front <br />Street and ~rainage to the Mississippi River, and this ~eport was. received <br />by theCity Council on May 29, 1979.~ <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br /> 1. The Council w~ll consider the improvement of such street in <br />accordance with the report and the assessment of the abutting property of <br />those commercial business abutting said improvement as listed on the <br />petition received by Council on May 14, 1979, for all-of the'costs of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated cost <br />of the improvement of $ <br /> <br /> 2.
