Page 5 <br />Board of Adjustment <br /> May 14, 1979 <br /> <br />Administrator Schnelle said this case is now at sketch plan stage and should <br />be reviewed by the Planning & Zoning Commission to have their determination <br />on the amount of right of way for ingress and egress to the property. He added <br />that this case came to the City's attention as a result of a zoning complaint. <br /> <br />Councilman Cox feels there is a responsibility to see that the ordinance is <br />maintained for the future, it should be in a platting description and platting <br />has been required of other. <br /> <br />Nbtion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by MAyor Gamec to adjourn. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Mickelson, <br />Reimann and Sorteberg.
